As of August 3, 2026, 102 new fires were reported nationwide, including seven new large fires. Firefighters are currently working to contain 102 uncontained large fires across the country. There are more than 29,200 personnel assigned to incidents nationwide.
Fire activity remains concentrated across the Pacific Northwest, where firefighters respond to numerous incidents threatening communities and critical infrastructure.
Large fires near Spokane, Washington, including the Old Trails, Autumn Lane and Fairview fires, continue to prompt evacuations and road closures. Across Oregon and Washington, multiple fires are exhibiting extreme fire behavior, with additional evacuations in effect as firefighters work to protect homes and infrastructure.
Several new large fires were reported yesterday, including the Antelope Creek Fire in Nevada, Sand Creek and Middle Coulee in Montana, Moose Mountain in Idaho, Left Creek in Wyoming, Bluegill in Florida's Everglades National Park, and the I-5 MM 57 NB Fire in southern Oregon.
Many of these incidents are threatening structures or infrastructure, with several prompting evacuations or road closures. The fast-moving Ridge Fire has jumped Interstate 5, prompting officials to issue an Evacuation Order for Zone GOR-HUNGRYVALLEY-A.
The blaze was first reported shortly after 3 p.m. and has since quickly grown to 1,100 acres, according to Cal Fire, forcing the closure of the freeway in both directions; however, all lanes have now reopened.
Here in Phoenix we had our second dust storm [haboob, if you’re Middle-Eastern] in a week, which is rare, and even exceptional and unprecedented, however we’re tired of hearing weather events blamed on the horrible, deplorable, irresponsible Humans.

Whatever happened to Mother Nature? Did she die? Our weather is not normal due to decades of the cabal’s geoengineering and our drought. Also, the Earth is having a hissy fit due to the cosmic energies bombarding the planet. She is evolving, and evolution is never easy. We’re all experiencing growing pains in our pre-Ascension process.

Hi, Molly! I was looking for you on Friday, but it was nice to see your post on Saturday. I usually put my PC to sleep at 6 PM, but I kept it open because there's more interesting news online than what's being offered on TV. Except for mainstream news, which I pay scant attention to, most of what's on the entertainment menu is reruns.
I feel bad for the people.....and the wildlife that's being affected by these wildfires in both our countries. Not to mention the devastating fires in parts of Europe. But there are lots of places that aren't affected, and I think that where I am in this rural part of NE Ontario is one such region. I was "guided" to move here from the Toronto area. I am not sure if I shared that with you and the crew. But I'm up here for a reason, and not just because it's safer and more serene, though I haven't figured out why as yet.
I'm still feeling very healthy and cognitive, and I do not seek sympathy if I have an ailment. But for the better part of a year, walking has been a little more difficult due to pain in my upper legs. Some days are better than others. But yesterday and today, I haven't had any pain, and I'm able to move around like normal (!). Perhaps these incoming cosmic energies are responsible. Also, as I stated before, the black flies are still almost nonexistent as I walk around my backyard. I'm sorry this commentary has mostly been about me. By sharing it, others in our crew may experience similar positive effects from beyond. RM
